Sean Averill is a fourth-generation Montana native and a lifelong resident of the Flathead Valley. Growing up at the family-owned Averill Dude Ranch, also known as Flathead Lake Lodge, Sean's deep ties to Montana run through both his heritage and business ventures. A graduate of the University of Montana's School of Business Administration, Sean started his real estate career in 2000, launching Trails West Real Estate's Whitefish office in 2001. Over 14 years, he expanded to 15 offices statewide and earned the 2001 “Rookie of the Year” Award from the Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS. Sean developed and currently operates The Whitefish Lake Lodge, Montana’s only 4-diamond resort. In 2013, he purchased PureWest Real Estate, eventually merging with West Venture Properties to form the largest real estate company in Montana. A seasoned developer with expertise in subdivisions and commercial properties, Sean combines cutting-edge marketing strategies with a commitment to client service. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, fishing, mountain biking, basketball, golf, and kayaking.

Her real estate career began with over 15 years in the Title and Escrow industry, progressing from Escrow Assistant to County Manager.
