Sean Averill is the Principal Owner/Realtor of PureWest Christies International Real Estate, the largest real estate brokerage in Montana with offices located throughout the state. His development experience includes hotels, residential, and commercial development, including The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, Montana's only Four Diamond rated resort, and The Firebrand Hotel in Whitefish, Montana. Sean was awarded the 2001 Northwest Montana Association of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" Award. In 2013, he purchased PureWest Real Estate, then merged Trails West with West Venture Properties in 2015 to become the largest real estate company in Montana. Sean is a fourth-generation Montana native and a life-long resident of the Flathead Valley, giving him vast knowledge of the area. In his free time, he lives the Montana dream enjoying skiing, fishing, mountain biking, basketball, golf, and kayaking. He is a graduate of the University of Montana's School of Business Administration.
